According to the documents, this phone will feature a full 1GHZ Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, 8MP camera, HSPA and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Other than that, no details were spoken of. However, if this handset is truly set to hit the market sometime we can expect a statement from Sony in the coming weeks/months.

If the camera and its 30fps video recording capability don’t interest you, you might also want to know that the C905a is HSDPA ready and also has GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth, FM radio and an M2 slot supporting up to 16GB cards. The Sony Ericsson C905a will be hitting AT&T’s shelves starting July 19 for a price of $180 (after rebates) on a two-year contract.

Take away the GPS receiver and the W518a will start to look like just another Walkman phone with the usual Walkman-oriented features, a 3.2 megapixel camera, and dedicated external music controls, but wait, don’t write it off so easy! The flip phone is Facebook enabled and its Advanced Shake Control gives users the ease of changing a song, shuffle, and control volume with just a shake. Still not good enough? Well, how about Gesture Control, where you wave your hand in front of its camera to reject a call? Yep, if that’s got your attention, all you have to do is wait till the W518a starts selling on July 19 with a $49.99 price tag to get one (after rebates with a two-year agreement).

We’ve seen yesterday that the Nokia N97 is not exactly a waterproof phone although it can deal pretty good with water. If you want a waterproof phone you should wait for Nokia’s first, the 3720 which is coming out this September. The phone is dustproof too which makes it suitable for almost any environment. And if you’re wondering the 3720 is shock resistant too so you can go ahead and drop it anywhere and it survive easily. We don’t have any specs and pricing details just yet but we’re not expecting this 3720 to surprise us with smartphone features.

Yesterday we got word that Nokia was gearing up to launch an Android powered handset, but were the rumors true? According to Nokia, nope, not at all.
When notified of the rumors, a Nokia spokesperson said that there is “Absolutely no truth to this whatsoever,” and continued with “Everyone knows that Symbian is our preferred platform for advanced mobile devices.” You can’t really blame Nokia, considering how much money and effort they invested into the Symbian platform.
However, will their strong stance on the subject change? What about if/when the industry moves towards open source software?

As you can see, this phone isn’t exactly top of the line but is sure to be priced alongside other budget phones on the market. The 7020 is apparantly EDGE only but features a 2MP camera and internal display with no word on resolution or size.
There’s no telling what carrier this will be on as EngadgetMobile points out, there are no brandings to be found. However, once we hear of a price point and/or carrier we will notify you.

Today, it was noted that the E55 has made its way through the FCC effectively confirming its impending release for the US market. Then again, as Engadget Mobile points out, the above pictured device will only be able to run on the EDGE network with no 3G capabilities. Perhaps Nokia will update the phone before it actually hits the market to include said connectivity.
I don’t know about you guys, but I’ve never been a fan of the two-keys-per-button keyboard format. If I had to choose, I think I’d go with this device’s big brother the Nokia E72, but that’s just me.
